Training with like-minded individuals creates a great atmosphere for progression, and knowing that you’ll still get the attention you need in a smaller group - and therefore achieve the results you’re looking for - is an almost perfect blend.

Limited to just 2-4 people training together and sharing the cost of a Personal trainer.

Semi-Private Training is a more focused training session and it is perfect for clients with specific goals or injuries, and those who do not prefer to work in larger groups. The session will be focused on each individual and will include complex movements and progressions, while working around any limitations you may have.

Semi private group training will give you a level of support you’ve not experienced before and, best of all, it comes from people who are just like you.
