Group Training

Our Group Training sessions are limited to 5-10 individuals with similar abilities training together to reach their desired goals.

The moment your instructor greets you at your first session, you’ll be made to feel part of the group.

In a matter of minutes you’ll be training and having fun with your classmates, edging closer to your targets! These sessions are conducted in a circuit format using timed intervals. The group training times are predetermined and do not require an appointment. Our group training sessions are friendly and fun, so you’ll get plenty of opportunities to get to know your fellow classmates during and after each session.
